Had quinoa pilaf for dinner last night. One of the dishes discovered because of Emma's allery to wheat. Try to have it on the days when David's not home as he isn't fond of the dish!
Barbara and I are off to the Gemini Cafe tonight with the church ladies. The GNO (girls night out). Making Sheperds Pie (with ground turkey) for the Emma and Anna.
Cold last night -20. Supposed to be the same tonight. Not great for Barabara, her legs get so cold!
