Emma and I are going to take part in this years 'Run to End MS', April 26 which happens to be Oma's BD. We will be doing the 5K. We are doubly motivated; Barbara and Ingrid. Emma and Derek started "training" today after classes.( My availability depends on how well David is feeling after his surgery on the 14 and how Barbara is feeling since David is not allowed any strenuous exercise, like lfting, for 12 weeks after the surgery.)I say run but it will probably be more like a walk/run/walk for me as I haven't run since December 2007. I have however done 2km. walks, (briskly with Pup) twice a day during the winter. That's not the same as running I know, but I'm hoping the ultimate goal is to raise funds, so I am sure they will accept my contribution , walk or run.
