Barbara and I have been doing this yoga routine for about 3 weeks now. I am absolutely amazed at how this gentle
exercise program is proving to be quite effective. It takes about an hour, the repetitions are no more than 4 and yet they made us aware of the muscles in our body. I haven't had to "crack" my back in the morning to
relieve the discomfort.
Barbara can't get over how good it makes her feel and that we have found a program she can do.

This sounds wonderful. Isn't it amazing what programming has been developed for people with disabilities? Yoga makes me feel so, (and I feel cheesy even saying it) centered.
